District Member has only three works The first one is to Facilitate every benefiseries of the Estate Nirman Nigam who are belonging to the District either Customer or contractor on behalf of Estate Nirman Nigam and the second one is to Development of business and services in that District of the Estate Nirman Nigam and third one is managing and associated the all the members, employees, contractors and associates.

Estate Nirman Nigam is appointed District Member for a maximum period of three years only

Appointment of District Member of Estate Nirman Nigam is ON NOMINATED process from its acting members only for only one time by the honourable Chairman of the Estate Nirman Nigam
Eligibility for appointment of District Member of the Estate Nirman Nigam
Eligibility for appointment of District Member of the Estate Nirman Nigam is as follows –
A – Must be a Full time acting membership of Estate Nirman Nigam
B – Must be a citizen of India
C – Must be Sound mind with not insolvent
D – Must be not convicted from any court
E – Must be the age of 25 years as on appointment Date
The upper age has no limitation
F – Must be contributing at least 500 ordinary members in his/her Full time acting members period
G – Must have good health
