The Municipal ward member is responsible for all of three works ,The first one is to Facilitate every benefiseries of the Estate Nirman Nigam who are belonging to the Municipal ward either Customer or contractor on behalf of Estate Nirman Nigam and the second one is to Development of business and services in that Municipal ward of the Estate Nirman Nigam official and third one is managing and associated the all the members, employees, contractors and associates.

Eligibility for appointment of Municipal ward Member of Estate Nirman Nigam
Eligibility for appointment of Municipal ward Member of Estate Nirman Nigam is as follows –
1 – Must be a Full time acting membership of Estate Nirman Nigam
2 – Must be a citizen of India
3 – Must be a sound mind with not an insolvent person
4 – Must be not convicted from any court
5 – Must be the age of 25 years as on appointment Date ,The upper age has no limitation
6 – Must contribute at least 400 ordinary members in his/her Full time acting members period
7 – Must have good health
